Saffron Rose Latte

Espresso with saffron, rosewater and milk, topped with cold foam. The house signature.

Espresso with honey, pistachio and warm spices, finished with foam and shredded phyllo.

Our story

Slow brewed. Hot sand. Rich tradition.

Shams started in Northridge and moved into a brand-new space on Ventura Blvd in spring 2026, with its grand opening on May 29. The couple who run it make every syrup by hand and still brew coffee on hot sand, one cup at a time.

Come for the saffron rose latte, stay for the marble tables, the little brass lamps and outlets for your laptop. Easy plaza parking, and a few tables outside when the sun's out.
